PNC Bank has repeatedly been the worst bank Ive ever dealt with. They have be unresponsive when proven wrong or at fault. He answered all of my questions and didn't give me the runaround. The next day I was astonished to find that my balance was negative a few hundred dollars due to eleven bounce fees totaling nearly $400!
